Last Friday, I went to the Screenland Theatre with Hector and some of his friends. The theatre was screening the short films that were nominated for an Oscar this year. Malcolm Gladwell was in Kansas City this evening to discuss his new book Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking. This event was sponsored by Rainy Day Books.
