LOTR Online

Lord of the Rings Online is out and is getting rave reviews. It is also extremely detailed. Has anyone tried the game yet, and will it steal players away from WOW?

I was a member of the LOTR beta, but I haven't played the final release. And if it's getting rave reviews now then it's NOTHING like the beta so all my opinion of the game only comes from that.

It was horrible, I uninstalled it with pleasure. In fact, I couldn't uninstall it fast enough. It honestly may have been the worst game experience I've ever had. But again, I was in on the beta so my experience isn't a fair one.

Hopefully someone out there has played the retail version and can give some more helpful insight.
