No Penguins for Kansas City

Sorry, KC. The Pittsburgh Penguins will not be coming to your town. They have reached a deal with the state of Pennsylvania to keep the Penguins in Pittsburgh:

Ha! I still can't believe how many people here think that Winnipeg can support an NHL team. I mean seriously, we can't even sell out our AHL team (The Manitoba Moose) or consistently sell out our CFL football team (Winnipeg Blue Bombers), but hey: if the Jets come back we'd FOR SURE sell out every game!

LOL...I'm glad they're staying in Pittsburgh though. Kansas City Penguins don't have the same ring...maybe Kansas City Mullets with a logo of a Chevy NASCAR with a rats tail...
