Microsoft is offering a new program which gives out free .Net Dev Software for independent consultants or companies with less than 10 employees. If you sign up for this program you will get several licenses for VS 2008, Expression Web, SQL Server, Windows Web Server, etc. for 3 years. This is a great new program that should really help startup’s get off the ground and continue to grow the .Net community.
