This Virtual Lab hosted by Microsoft is on Installing and Configuring SharePoint 2007 (MOSS).  I've installed and configured SharePoint on numerous occasions, but I can honestly say that I haven't done any of the more advanced configuration scenarios (e.g., Server Farms) and cannot attest to understanding a lot of the advanced features of configuring the server.

This Virtual Lab allows you to learn how to learn how to do a lot in a virtually hosted training environment.  I love these Virtual Labs!

Here's the overview of what will be covered:

After completing this lab you will be more familiar with the installation and configuration options available in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, such as installing a new farm, configuring global workflow settings, configuring incoming e-mail, administrative tasks, farm topology, provisioning new web applications and configuring alternate forms based authentication.
