SharePoint Tip: Creating custom columns
This one isfrom one of our team here at Solidsoft - Dave Robinson: When creating any custom columns for content types, create the field without a space and then rename the field to include any spaces. e.g If you have a field ‘Sox Reference’, create the field with a name of ‘SoxReference’ and then edit the field to make it ‘Sox Reference’. If you create the field with a space in initially, then when you are trying to access the field within webparts and stylesheets you have to put all the escape characters ......

BT Vision: Update this week
BT has announced a significant firmware update for its PVR and VOD service BT Vision this week. The upgrade begins at 1am on Wednesday 19th and will last for ten hours. This is a comprehensive download and will remove a large percentage of the bugs which have bedeviled the system since its launch. This is the second firmware update By BT in a mater of weeks. BizTalk Server Adapter Pack Beta 2 for testing today
Whilst the big focus is the release of BizTalk 2006 R2, Microsoft also released BizTalk Server Adapter Pack Beta 2 for testing today, to help customers integrate their line of business applications.
