While attending the latest Office Developers Conference in London a new TLA (well FLA) can to my notice – MOSS – Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server! With day 1 over highlights have been:
- VSTO (Visual Studio tools for Office)– Road map explained (see below for more detail)
- MOSS! – So much better than previous sharepoint versions
- In particular the Sharepoint Workflow story

VSTO 2005 ——> ‘Cypress’———-> VSTO Version 3
Now With Office 2007 With Orcas
Cypress is looking very good with its support for the ‘big 6’ applications
Version 3 will give us so much more.
