Fun and games with Outlook 2007. Life wouldn’t be half as much fun without betaware!!!
OK so installed it and started to use it but hit big problem – ‘Message could not be rendered’ – and blank message body. Sent of the error report but also decided to investigate….
First lets look at the Outlook Plugins that have carried across from 2003
Motorola sync - no issue
AVG anti-virus – disabled – no change, wait new message OK old messages still blank?
Send test message – renders OK
Penny drops – running in Cached mode so refresh cache – all messages rendered
So we now wait for the AVG fix .
Word to the wise – while testing Outlook – turn off caching!!
