Simple advice - don't do it! At this point in time Vista appears to be incompatible with VPC. It installed after a lot of effort but only ran in 4 bit screen colour - baaad and very, very, slowly

Just had an entertaining time trying to install Visual #Studio 2005 beta 2 onto Vista - you must install MSXML 6 before starting the process. Also you will get errors from Compact framework and other Mobile stuff. Once up and running all is a lot of fun
