Jeff,

Understand your comments fully! This was supposed to be a 'tounge-in-cheek' teaser for a more in depth piece about Microsoft and Open Source. I am fully aware of the WCI project and members of my team worked with members of WCI on the original NHS core bid projects so we are fully aware of the whole scene.

My view is this really isn't open source but collabaration around what the NHS (an by implication us the tax payer) has already paid.

I will expand on this in a number of blogs!
