Michael Washington's latest is up

Please visit SilverlightShow for the latest links and info... here's their top 10 from last week:

From:

Oscar Agreda has gotten email asking him to provide the ability to run his AdventureWorksLT app from the web, and he's done that... take the link on this blog page to codeplex and read through the descriptions and download this great example.

Michael Washington has another LightSwitch tutorial up that is, as he says, your last choice for implementing a custom Silverlight Control in LightSwitch... shown for completeness as a 3rd method

Michael Washington's latest tutorial is about a complex multi-table control in LightSwitch using the Silverlight Scheduler Control from ComponentOne... another very detailed tutorial as you'd expect from Michael.

Gill Cleeren has part 7 of his LightSwitch series up at SilverlightShow, talking this time about the extensibiility toolkit and control extensions... you know this could be a profit center for your blog, right??

Gill Cleeren also has the 8th and final part of his LightSwitch series up at SilverlightShow... continuing with extension building with the extensibility toolkit

goldytech shows a quick way to put up a Tag Cloud in Silverlight using Laurent Bugnion's MVVM Light toolkit

Michael Crump has started a 10-part series on Silverlight 5 at SilverlightShow... this first post covers intro material, getting installed and setup, and making fer sure, fer sure it is:)

Ollie Riches follows up on his post about how many pins can you stuff onto a BingMaps app in WP7 with this 2nd post on the same subject... this one focuses on the service layer and how to improve performance there.

Colin Eberhardt is back with another WinRT post... discussing IObservableVector, and demonstrates how you can still use ObservableCollection in WinRT with assistance from a little adapter... I'm glad these smart guys are out there ahead of me on this stuff!

David Catuhe has a great summation of the features in the Silverlight Toolkit for Silverlight 5 that was released last month... lots of images and code with the explanation... and who better to do this than someone that actually worked on the bits:)

Stay in the 'Light!
