Fixing Mixed-up Zune Imports of CD Tracks -- and WP7

I know I'm being a little proactive here, since it'll be months before real users have WP7 devices in their hot little hands, but...

If you're a Zune or ZuneHD user, you probably already have had this problem, and WP7 folks will as well.

The problem happens when you're loading an old CD, or the tracks from an old LP. I have a USB turntable and have been ripping some of my jazz LPs from the 60s and the Zune doesn't know where to find this stuff.

In my LP case, the Zune player ends up just shunting my content to an unknown location. But sometimes, it will mixup disc 1 and disc 2 information.

I have an easy solution to repair these situations.

Beat Kiener discusses Type.GetType and how it's different in Silverlight. He then discusses a couple alternatives and finally settles on a solution of his own using XamlReader... code and demo included.
RelativeSource Binding with FindAncestor mode in Silverlight
Beat Kiener also has a post up on RelativeSource binding, and how Silverlight is missing the FindAncestor mode that WPF has. He started with some code from Colin Eberhart and fleshed out a workable solution, and once again has the code and demo included.
