Here's a useful resource... Alex Yakhnin converted the Configuration block from Windows Mobile to WP7 and gives it up for all of us.
Custom Silverlight TextBox control that immediately updates DataBound Text property in TwoWay binding
Slobodan Pavkov has a quick post up with all the source for a TextBox that updates immediately when it's binding has changed, so no more losing focus to get the change propogated.
