This one takes you through downloading the framework to building the Hello World program using it... you'll want to check out all the comments and responses as well.
Caliburn.Micro Soup to Nuts Pt. 2 – Customizing The Bootstrapper: In part 2, Rob Eisenberg is discussing the bootstrapper class, and is also using MEF in this example. If you're using Caliburn instead of Caliburn.Micro, be aware you don't have a bootstrapper.

Using FrameworkElement.Name at runtime: We had a post a couple days ago about x:Name and now Wolf Schmidt has one up talking about naming elements... if you wonder "are FrameworkElement.Name and the x:Name attribute really the same thing?" then you should read this... lots of external links and tons of good information.
