- Selecting an obfuscator for Silverlight
- If you're looking at obfuscating your Silverlight, read Stefan Olson's post carefully... he dug deep into a range of obfuscators and has reported his findings.
- Silverlight Design Time: Toolkit October 2009 Release Update
- In a different spin on the Toolkit release, Ning Zhang has a walkthrough of the design-time experience for the toolkit in the new VS2010 drop... read his install info and then walk along... cool stuff.
- Changing the Mouse Icon graphic in Blend
- Number 16 in Gavin Wignall's "Learn Blend in a Month" series is on changing the mouse icon in Blend.
- A Weak Post
- Do you know what a Weak Reference is? Do you care? Let Jeremy Likness explain it to you in this short post, then you'll know too!
- MVVM for Tarded Folks Like Me *or* MVVM and What it Means to Me
- I found this post by way of David Kelley... Jeremiah Morrill has an intro to MVVM that's not Silverlight, but definitely interesting and is spawning commentary.
- Finally a Simple MVVM in Silverlight
- David Kelley references a politically-incorrect but cool post by Jeremiah Morrill and convinces him to post his MVVM implementation on CodePlex ... definitely worth a look.
- Dynamically setting initialization parameters in Silverlight application
- Sergey Barskiy takes a break from his Behaviors series to discuss the initialization parameters for Silverlight and setting them at PageLoad time... clever code, Sergey :)
- Application Library Caching support for the Silverlight Toolkit
- I'm surprised I haven't seen more buzz about this... Jeff Wilcox released the extmaps for the Silverlight Toolkit to allow library caching in the interim before it is natively available!
- deCast - Patterns-Based Silverlight - Part II - The Repository Pattern
- Rob Bagby has a Channel 9 webcast up for Part II of his Patterns-Based Silverlight development series. In this one Rob sets up the Repository Pattern and server-side Validation.
- Patterns-Based Silverlight Development – Part III – Pipeline Pattern
- Rob Bagby also has Part III of his tutorial up... this time implementing the Pipeline Pattern, building a fake Repository and lashing up to it.
