Hatching Effect Shader for both Siverlight and WPF
I've spent a lot of hours in Paint Shop Pro, and The Expression Blend and Design Blog folks have produced a hatching shader for Blend that rivals some of the filters you have to pay for in the other tools... go download and have fun!
