Silverlight Cream on Overload

As you all know, I’ve been at MIX09 this week, and when I checked my big list-o-blogsTM on Wednesday morning, I had about 50 tagged to blog. I was afraid to look at the list until now, and counting submittals and some non-SL3B posts, my list count is sitting at 117 – yikes!

So what to do?? I kicked this around with a few folks at MIX, such as Pete Brown, CigDem, and Shawn Wildermuth, and I’ve decided that rather than try to post them by author or some other method, I’m going to try to group them by topic (within some range of failure), and I’ll shoot out topical posts. That way you can pick a new SL3 topic and your favorite author or check out different author’s approach.

Hopefully this will settle down to a dull roar after a few days and I can get back to ‘normal’ blogging of Silverlight or even find enough time to play install or play with some of this myself :)

I also have some enhancements and features that were discussed with various groups of people at MIX. If we talked at all remotely on any of these subjects, please send me an email incase ‘old-timers’ kicks in and I forget who you were. I distinctly remember discussions with Brian Henderson, Azret Botash, Alex Golesh, and the Colaab crew.

So hang on… I’m doing some sorting and hope to have the first batch out tonight and then try to hit two sets a day for a while… no matter what I do, it’s going to take a while to post it all, but wow is there a lot of knowledge in that list :)

Meanwhile, I have modified SilverlightCream to have a "3 Beta" tag. I'll tag all the ones I've gotten, but feel free to use the tag for submittals and searches.

Stay patient and

Stay in the ‘Light!
