If you're not (yet) excited about MIX09, maybe this will help! Jeff Paries has been around Silverlight for a long time and animation for a lot longer. He's the author of the book shown above, and will be Speaking at MIX09!! Data-Driven Services with Silverlight 2
If you're working with Silverlight and you don't have a copy of John Papa's Data-Driven Services with Silverlight 2, you're spending too much time somewhere. When I finished Chapter 2 and thought I was done... wow what a bunch of stuff still remained! REST, WCF, JSON, LINQ, Entities, and on and on. Lots of detail, and lots of code on the pages (for those of us that think better that way).
