From SilverlightCream.com:
CodePlex, now with Silverlight
John Stockton pinged me on his new post about CodePlexes changes involving the addition of Silverlight, among other things, and has formally announced he will be updating his Session Scheduler app that he has out there... look forward to seeing that John!
Surprise! Silverlight 3 sessions announced for MIX09 :o
If you haven't heard or suspected this yet, Adam Kinney has a post up about 3 new sessions added at MIX09 for Silverlight 3!
XPS in Silverlight revisited
Koen Zwikstra takes some time out to do a proof-of-concept XPS reader in Silverlight... very nice looking, and referencing David Anson's work.
Mask Animations (Clipping Path Animations) In Silverlight Without a Line of Code
Matthias Shapiro shows how to do clipping Path Animations in Expression Blend... pretty cool :)
Silverlight White-labeling: "Dynamically" downloading and applying styles from a web server
Swiss MSDN Team Blog works with the problem of only being able to apply a style at load time... the solution is somewhat predictable, but multiple styles are loaded based on startup parameters.
It’s Snowing in Silverlight
Jordan Knight has Silverlight Snow coded up on his site. Everybody will be ready for Christmas cards next year!
Controlling your Silverlight Installation Experience.
Scott Barnes has a great discussion about the Install Experience on his site. Fun how this comes back around now and again :)
Amazon S3 Publishing Plugin for Expression Encoder
Tim Heuer has a couple articles up on Expression Encoder plugins. This first one is about the Amazon S3 Publishing plugin, and the next one is about a Silverlight Streaming Plugin: Updated SLS Plugin for Encoder Available . Sounds like a good need for Unify that Karsten Januszewski blogged about yesterday!
Silverlight Tip of the Day #82 – How to Implement Double Click
Mike Snow takes a shot at double-click in Silverlight. Funny this is the second double-click post in just a few days.

Stay in the 'Light!

MIX09 Registration goes up tomorrow!

Today is January 15th. Today you can still get into MIX09 for $1195 USD, but tomorrow the price goes up to $1395 USD!

In December, they announced some discounts that brought the price to $795 USD. The last I heard of one of those codes being used was right at the end of the year, so it's worth a try!

I'm going to be at MIX09, so I hope to see you there!
