This is really good stuff... more like what I expect out of Silverlight than duplicating Windows controls. She says she's going to be writing more about it, and I'd like to offer up that the control moves itself around the page as the nodes are opened, because I found it pretty easy to get nodes expanding off the top of my browser window... other than that... I really like the concept.
