Rob Houweling on Controlling a Storyboard, Denislav Savkov on SL2 (graphical) Reflection, Hanu Kommalapati on XAP and DLLs, and Mario Meir-Huber with a SL2 Photo Album.
From
SilverlightCream.com:
- Manually controlling Storyboard animation
- Rob Houweling is back from his holiday and posting... hope you are refreshed Rob :) He brings us a nice article on manually controlling a Storyboard. I can't see the source from here, but he provided me a link that I can get to for a demo... and it appears he is doing forward/backward which was always a desire in 1.0 ... good job!
- Simulating reflection effect in Silverlight 2 Beta 1
- Denislav Savkov tackles Graphical Reflection in SL2 ... something a lot of us did in 1.0, but I don't believe I've seen directly addressed in SL2, and his results came out great!
- Silverlight for the Enterprises - where are my dlls?
- Hanu Komalapati responds to a query about the DLLs being extracted from the XAP, and how it may have an effect on your users... good stuff to think about.
- Silverlight Photo Album 1.0
- Mario Meir-Huber Produced a very nice Photo Album and has it on CodePlex. The cool part of it is that the pictures are linked so you can increase the volume easily. At first I was unsure about closing a picture, but he has a very familiar border on them... very nice job!
