Rob Houweling with video control, Bill Reiss on event handlers in XAML, Laurent Bugnion on stand-alone SL, Dan Wahlin on pushing data to SL Client part II, Michael Palermo on photo magnifying glass, Mike Taulty dynamically loading assemblies, Martin Mihaylov on using the DeepZoom composer, Kathy Kam on Calendar and Date Picker, and Jesse Liberty on INotifyPropertyChanged.

Controlling video with dragging
Rob Houweling has a very interesting way of controlling video, and reminds me of the Michael Washington/Jeff Paries 3D rotation to some extent... very interesting, but I agree it seems 'chunky'.
Silverlight Brass Tacks
Bill Reiss decided not to clog up his SilverlightGames 101 blog with general SL posts, and has opened a second blog. I'll be tracking it, but you should too!
Why would you specify an event handler in XAML instead of code?
Bill's first post in the new blog is raising a question about where to specify an event handler, and gets some good early response!
Silverlight: Running standalone full trust applications
Laurent Bugnion demonstrated this to me at the MVP Summit, and it was pretty interesting to see considering what we've all accepted as what we can and can't do... I'm sure we're going to see more of this... and good work!
Pushing Data to a Silverlight Client with Sockets: Part II
Dan Wahlin released the 2nd half of a Pushing Data to SL with Sockets series the day the MVP Summit started, wow... just now catching up to then... looks like fun useful stuff Dan :)
Video: Magnify a Portion of a Photo using SIlverlight 1.0
This falls in the category of "Don't count out Silverlight 1.0" ... I can't believe how long some of this takes to work it's way through the system, but Michael demonstrated this to us at the Phoenix Silverlight User's Group meeting in February! ... definitely cool and definitely something to learn.
Silverlight - Dynamically Loading an Assembly
Mike Taulty takes on the task of loading part of the app now and part at run-time. I'm sure we're going to see this sort of technique being used as apps get bigger, or more dynamic.
Using the DeepZoom Composer
Martin Mihaylov gives a great demo of using the DeepZoom composer. I've not done this yet, but might give it a shot with resources like this one.
Silverlight 2 Beta 1 Calendar and DatePicker Starter Guide
Kathy Kam posted this one last night... she's involved with building these things, so who better to tell you how to use them?... very nice, Kathy, thanks!
How do you know INotifyPropertyChanged is Working
Last but absolutely not the least is Jesse Liberty's article about INotifyPropertyChanged. Thanks for digging out the deep useful stuff, Jesse! ... stay out ahead of me and keep me from spending hours finding these things :)
Stay in the 'Light!
