Early cream from Moayad Mardini: a 3-part introductrion in Arabic

- Moayad contacted me the other day about including foreign-language entries in SilverlightCream. There's already 2 from Daniel Lin in Chinese. Not sure why I didn't think of it sooner, but I added a tag for Arabic, and will do so for Chinese in a bit. Take a look at it, on the 3rd series, the code is all there and you don't have to speak Arabic to understand that :)
