<SilverlightTooltip Number="004" Text="Visibility-Opacity"/>

The Visibility and Opacity of Silverlight objects each have a specific use. In the past, particularly in the WPF/E days, Opacity was used to hide objects that now should be hidden with Visibility.

But there are 'gotchas' both ways.
