Alex Bowling has begun posting Silverlight at AB Computer Solutions with a PHP Movie Catalog, and a Drag/Drop demo; plus Bridgette posted the very nice beginnings of a new SL game, Gazoolians.
Alex Bowling's postings prompted me to add a PHP tag at SilverlightCream, and I've backfilled Michael Washington's posts with that tag as well, so the search will find them all.
[Note: Michael Washington's posts are NOT PHP, they're DNN, and will be corrected!]
The submittal (below) from Bridgette proved my changes to the submit page were once again fully-functional. Hopefully they're now more SQL-injection and spam free... one can only hope.
From
SilverlightCream.com:
- Personal Movie Catalog
- Alex Bowling sent me this link to a Silverlight 1.1/PHP/MySQL lashup. He's right, the navigation doesn't work in IE, but it sure does in FireFox! ... code included.
- Drag 'n' Drop Silverlight Demo
- An earlier offering I found on Alex Bowling's site, worth a look if you want to see a working DragDrop example!
- Gazoolians
- This offering from Bridgette is a very cool game beginning. All I've accomplished in it is to lose, but hey what do I know :) ... it's quite a piece of work in SL, and maybe if we beg, we can get her to do a write-up on it and some source :)
Stay in the 'Light!
