From
SilverlightCream.com
:

In response to a request to explain how the scrolling region works that Shawn uses on his
Silverlight page
, he created a really simple example.

Quarter of a Million Posts and switching to WorldMaps.aspx
It was May 22, 2007 that I hit 100,000 page hits at
WynApse.com
I've now passed 250,000!
The majority of the page hits have been since January/February of 2007 when I started chasing Silverlight, and everyone else was looking for it. I had estimated that I'd hit a quarter million the end of September, and even without posting new material in a while, I hit it early!
SilverlightCream.com
has taken some time away from new material, and a magazine article has been taking some time as well, and still isn't finished!
Desert Code Camp III
is on September 15th, and I have a presentation then, so hopefully after that I can get back to posting. I have a 2-part tutorial that is in work, and of course the Code Camp presentation will be on the site after the 15th... all fun stuff... and there are lots of people submitting links to
SilverlightCream.com
, so there's no lack of good studying material :)
To sort of celebrate going past 250,000 page hits, I've switched
WynApse.com
from ClustrMaps to
Worldmaps.aspx
.
Andrew Duthie
put me onto it for
SilverlightCream.com
and I like the way you can get better visibility of where your visitors really are.
And speaking of those visitors... thanks for your support in hitting 250,000 ... I don't have a product, just words, and I'm glad there's folks out there interested in reading them!

Silverlight Cream for September 4, 2007
Jeff Paries of DesignWithSilverlight was busy with 3 applications over the weekend, all with write-ups and code: Photo Gallery Wall, Tooltips, and Sliders -- good stuff; Adam Webber posted 2 applications to the ozSilverlight group, both interesting Physics demonstrations.
From
SilverlightCream.com
:
Photo Gallery Wall
Jeff Paries has been busy.. His Photo Gallery Wall is a very stunning look on the screen, and as usual, the code is included!
Silverlight Tooltips
In his second of the weekend, Jeff Paries has a drop-in for producing Tooltips
(de)Constructing Sliders
In the last of the weekend push, Jeff Paries presents a good discussion of sliders.
SilverWeight
Adam Webber does some visual Physics investigation with Silverlight, no code yet... but he may post it
Ink and Physics
Adam Webber continues with some Physics investigation... draw a rectangle with the mouse and let it interact with others... ask for code so he'll post it :)
