Quarter of a Million Posts and switching to WorldMaps.aspx

It was May 22, 2007 that I hit 100,000 page hits at WynApse.com

I've now passed 250,000!

The majority of the page hits have been since January/February of 2007 when I started chasing Silverlight, and everyone else was looking for it. I had estimated that I'd hit a quarter million the end of September, and even without posting new material in a while, I hit it early!

SilverlightCream.com has taken some time away from new material, and a magazine article has been taking some time as well, and still isn't finished!

Desert Code Camp III is on September 15th, and I have a presentation then, so hopefully after that I can get back to posting. I have a 2-part tutorial that is in work, and of course the Code Camp presentation will be on the site after the 15th... all fun stuff... and there are lots of people submitting links to SilverlightCream.com, so there's no lack of good studying material :)

To sort of celebrate going past 250,000 page hits, I've switched WynApse.com from ClustrMaps to Worldmaps.aspx. Andrew Duthie put me onto it for SilverlightCream.com and I like the way you can get better visibility of where your visitors really are.

And speaking of those visitors... thanks for your support in hitting 250,000 ... I don't have a product, just words, and I'm glad there's folks out there interested in reading them!
