Wow..
I haven't been this unplugged since they invented www... seriously!
Due to a family emergency I have been totally out of touch and out of availability of any connectivity since the 14th. I'll respond to email in the order I've received them.
There's been plenty of Siverlight Cream, I'm sure, and I'll be posting them over the next couple days. I also have 2 tutorials almost ready to go and an article on the drawing board.
Also, don't forget Tim Sneath's blog post about the breaking changes that I blogged about on the 14th before the effluent hit the ventilator around here.
