You should also go to the
Mix Sessions Site and view Mike Harsh's "Deep Dive on Media Integration" session. Mike rotated, split, made a video transparent, before turning it into a puzzle.
Mike's session and this demo should give you an idea of what can be done once an object is on a Silverlight canvas.
