Two more Silverlight February CTP to Beta 1 Conversions

I'm finishing off the day with 2 more conversions:

The Reflection Builder, for all it's size and moving things around with the mouse... turned out to be a drop-in... just plumbing issues. Rolling Michael's Animated Gear was a bit more work, however. This one had me going to the SDK to figure out how to use the new <Canvas.Resources>, so might be worth a look.

It hits me now that I left Bryant Likes' great follow-on to the Gear rolling out of the write-up, so I'll put that here. When Michael Schwarz animated the reflected gear, I rolled it, although crudely, and Bryant took it to another step that nobody decided to try to best, and which he has converted to Beta 1 already:

Bryant's Gear Rolling

That brings my total of conversions to 10 canvases out of 23 spread over 28 pages...

February CTP to Silverlight Beta 1 Conversions continued today with 3 pages (so far)

In addition to having pages on my site with xaml exploded and canvases not running, I've promised myself I will NOT load up the Expression Suite, or fire up Orcas until I have all these conversions complete!

Continuing on then, I did the remaining two simply easy ones:

There were no big surprises on these pages.

The last of the latest 3 however, was one that was done prior to my injecting JS into my content pages, so I reworked the page to avoid having to launch out into an html page to run. This one also had some breaking changes in Beta 1 having to do with getting mouse position in JS event handlers, which I explained on the page:

Final Silverlight QuickStart Example Page

This is also the first of the pages that actually has something more than minimal content to show.

I have now converted pages containing 8 canvases from a total of 23 canvases across all current Silverlight example pages.
