GlyphMap Utility grew out of control once I started it, and although it covered a lot of topics, it really didn't lend itself to any in-depth discussion of anything. This is the first discussion of any of the topics contained in that application. createFromXaml is used so much in the GlyphMap Utility that I decided I should cover it first.
