As a consultant I do get around a bit to various sites, and I am constantly amazed at the number of sites that do not even **begin** to even loosely follow any kind of Best Practices - How many sites have you been to, or at right now that have bought Tivoli, Unicenter, etc and NOT finished installing it? Are you one of the 65% that still have it in the Filing Cabinet?
