2. Desktop Deployment Planning Services (DDPS) Overview
We will describe this Microsoft Planning Service, which is used to develop a high-level plan and business case analysis for desktop deployments, including the methodology, deliverables, and benefits. DDPS can be utilized by any Microsoft customer and can also be paid for with vouchers from customers that have Microsoft Software Assurance benefits.

3. Microsoft Consulting Service’s Desktop Optimization through Vista and Office (DOVO) Process Overview
With Microsoft’s DOVO offering, you get prescriptive guidance to help choose and deliver the best deployment method and tools for common scenarios; perform attended and unattended installations; automate the deployment process, control policy and profile settings for desktop operating systems and applications; automate deployments for Office and other programs; and more. The information, tools, templates, and scripts come straight from the source, for the expertise you need to maximize the productivity of your desktop environment and reduce support costs.

Steve Campbell – Microsoft Consulting Services
Steve Campbell is an Architect in Microsoft Services focused on deployment and provisioning solutions. He has been involved in the development and delivery of deployment solutions and best practices at Microsoft for over 8 years. Steve works closely with Redmond-based product and solution accelerator teams in development, testing, training and documentation of Microsoft deployment technologies including the MDT/BDD, Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT), and User State Migration Tool (USMT).
