The Preferred Pickle is more than a food vendor at the Minnesota State Fair. They have been in business since 1997 and are gearing up for another successful year! Join entrepreneurs Jeff, Gregg and David as they take us through their journey of launching a deep fried pickle business at the state fair:
- Being told that they can't succeed
- Being told that the product won't sell
- Having technical difficulties in producing it
These guys have developed a beloved product, added to the “buzz” that makes the fair so exciting, and built a business around a pickle. This will be an interactive session to take us through how they got started and where they are headed next !
