Microsoft introduced the long awaited successor to Project Server 2007 early last year. Both MSPS2007 and the desktop version have a number of great new features. MSPS2007 is part of Microsoft's Office architecture and is built on their SharePoint platform. More 2003 users are switching or contemplating a switch. Chris Doyle and Tom Smith of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services will share their experiences installing, configuring, deploying and supporting MSPS2007. And they'll provide a forum for discussing other's experiences and concerns.

Chris Doyle is employed by WKFS, currently in the role of PMO Technologist, since 2003. He responsible for implementation and deployment of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint and Timesheet. He has managed projects for WKFS’ Expere and ComplianceU products. He has his PMP through the Project Management Institute and has over 25 years experience in the profession (16 yrs in CEO, Director and VP roles). Chris is also an FAA certified pilot and flies his own plane for business and pleasure.
