The maligned Distinguished Field or why Distinguished Fields are cool
The Distinguished Field is often seen as the weaker of the two types of Fields when handling Fields in BizTalk. After all, the Distinguished Field can’t be used as a filter on a message, and it’s slower than its big brother the Promoted Field.
