This is an open letter to the dark haired young lady driving the black Ford F-150 with the NASCAR decal along the side of the bed and across the tailgate that was driving East on the 101 at 7:30 and got off at I think Tatum this morning.
Agressive lane changes, and using the HOV lane as a passing lane (while driving solo) might get you in either a wreck, or a ticket if there's a cop out there watching the HOV lane use, and you'll certainly get the ire of people driving legally... none of which you're probably not concerned with.
I would suggest, however, that you maybe remove your CCVÂ sticker from the back of your truck though... it's not great advertisement!
