Ok, Today makes me 25 years old. When I was around 18 I used to think that anyone above 25 was old. I mean I was revving up to get in to the software business, and there the young ruled, perhaps becuase the IT industry in Sri Lanka was very young. After December 25th I haven’t heard a single firework explode. Usually in the run up to the dawn of a new year you would very frequently hear people lighting fireworks. This year it’s all so quiet. Today our local papers ran an article saying that in one of our National parks that were hit by the Tsunami not an animal corpse is visible. The article further goes onto say that any animal, not even a hare is insight. Out of nearly 450 elephants that roam the park not one is in sight. I did notice this too.
