Pet PEEVE
It is ridiculous for a sit-down restaurant to have servers that have OBVIOUSLY never eaten
in a good restaurant with good service.
Identifiers:
	1) A server that is barely old enough to drive.
	2) when you've not eaten half of your meal and they don't detect anything is wrong.
	3) They attempt to clean the silverware when you tell them it's dirty
	4) The manager never visits your table when you've complained.
