As I write this I am on my way into Manchester to catch the train down to London to attend the Microsoft BizTalk Summit 2013.
With speakers including members of the BizTalk product team and numerous Integration MVPs, I am hopeful that the day will prove to be worth the 5am alarm that woke me this morning!
Last year I started a new job with a logistics company in the North of England, where I was responsible for the management, design and development of IT Integration strategies, architectures and solutions using BizTalk Server 2009. I have realised that I have many many ideas and notes for blogs entries dotted around my desk, along with a number of half completed entries that I have been meaning to get sorted and finished and posted. When I started this blog in September 2009 I was working as a BizTalk developer for a financial institution based in the South West of England.
