Right, we all 'get-it' that we should be moving to using web service and SOA (well you could've got the hint by now if you've been reading this blog for any length of time), but taking the first step is difficult, so where do you start?
All the SOA articles on ‘how-to start’ advise that you should begin with the contact … and I’m not disagreeing.
