For all of those stuck in the BizTalk 2006 R2 world as I am constantly, Microsoft has released two new posters with the BizTalk 2006 R2 Architecture. These are rather large PDF files that you could print out if so desired through a plotter. Each of these are about 5-6MB, but make a great reference.
