Much Sadness in the world of MES today

We had a loss in the family today.  My cat of 10 years, Siren, passed away today.  I'm not sure what happened.  I know she'd had a sniffle/sneezy/cough for a few weeks but she seemed to be getting over it in the last week or so.

Needless to say I am stricken with grief.  I buried her in the woods behind my house this afternoon.

For those who never met her, here she is:

She was a good cat, loving and she will be missed.

Wow! 10 years. I understand your pain. I had a cat for about 2 years back in Pakistan and when he died I felt totally empty.

Sincerest condolences. I lost a 21 year old a few years ago and before that a 6 month old, so I know how hard it can be.

I'm so sorry :( I know how much this hurts. She looked like a beautiful girl.
