Two days ago the SLK project at CodePlex released their version 1.1 of the SharePoint Learning Kit. Included in their Production release is a 64-bit version for x64 MOSS Installations.
New in this release is the support for 64-bit architectures.
Feature Summary:

- Supports tracking and grading of e-learning and non-e-learning instructional content
- Allows users to store and manage instructional content in SharePoint document libraries
