Windows Live Writer - A simple and easy blogging tool
Update:
Looks like the below error was caused by the Blog server.
I was'nt successful in posting new blogs or editing the existing ones. Whenever I click on the Publish button, I get the 'Blog Server Error' popup windows which says:
Server Error 0 Occurred
The type initializer for "Dottext.Framework.Providers.ConfigProvider" threw an exception.
