Welcome to my EAI weblog. The weblog will focus on Microsoft BizTalk 2004, and Microsoft Visual Studio. I will try to combine hints, tips and tricks with short articles on some concepts. This is what I have learned to appreciate in other weblogs dealing with those technologies.
Please allow me a short introduction of myself.
I am an integration consultant with >10 years of experience on the area, in various roles. Since 2000, I have been working for Mieloo & Alexander Business Integrators, located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
In 2003, we started a first project with BizTalk 2004. From a business perspective, it was a pilot for cooperation of two companies. Technically speaking, this project realized a true operational system based on BizTalk 2004.
Since some years, we have been developing solutions in Visual Studio for our customers.
BizTalk and Visual Studio are not the only products / technologies I work with, and developing is not a fulltime job for me. Finding product documentation, tips and examples is therefore an essential part of my activities when I am using the technologies. Over the past years, weblogs have been a very good source of tips and examples. Some recent projects using BizTalk and VisualStudio have made me realize that we have some knowledge to share.
I will try to complete articles on some central concepts of BizTalk and on a few complex solutions. I will use the posts for smaller chunks of information: hints, tips and tricks. Please feel free to ask for additional information or explanation.
