Code.Blog Code Talk for the Game Developer
So I already typed this whole post and then hit the back button because I'm an idiot and now need to retype it.  After tomorrow, the school year will be pretty much over except for finals, which I'm not freaking out about.  Hopefully I'll get some decent grades for this semester.  I feel like I've done tons of work this semester and none of it was enough, like I need to do more.

I start my new job on May 27th so that gives me a few weeks to work on a new DirectX demo as well as re-understand VB a bit.  I want to make a portfolio type binder with this demo code in it with some documents and some images more of a reference for me rather than a portfolio.  This DirectX demo is probably the best code I've ever written.  Hopefully I'll have an executable out soon so people can check out the simpleness that is my demo.  I'd like to implement some kind of inheritance, and I'm thinking the best way would be to do a movable player character, which would also show off the shader lighting.  Things to think about...
