  Thanks. That did work, though the register entry was not define in the registry in the first place, but once added the 'Suspend' entry from the Start menu did go away.
  
  But what I really need is to replace the 'Suspend' with a 'Restart' that would reboot the terminal when selected.
  
  How can I add a 'Restart' selection when I press the 'Start' button?

  To add Restart, you will need to modify the Explorer shell code and rebuild the OS.
