Vista - unable to activate - DNS error finding Key Services

I got this error message after I upgraded my laptop hard drive.   I use Vista Enterprise in our corporate environment.  The resolution was:

  1. VPN in to corporate network
  2. Run Vista's licensing manager utility - C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs -ato
