Ahh!! I am tired of these Microsoft Visual Studio bugs!! I am using GridView with SQLDataSource control and I cannot find the automatic edit, update and delete events. Check out the screen shot below:

So weird coming from the gridviewguy himself.

That's cause you have to specify delete and update commands in your sqldatasource

Hi,

Thanks! I guess I was confusing the SQLDataSource with LINQDataSource. My LINQDataSource was also not providing me options for edit, update and delete. I closed VS 2008 and restarted the machine and now it works.
