If you are using the ATLAS Drag Panel Control then you might have noticed that when you drop the panel on the screen it goes back to its original position. There is a very easy fix to this problem.

<body style="width:100%; height:100%" />

Yup! all you need to do is to make the body width and height 100% and that is it. Now, when you drop your panel is will not reset to its original position.

But many a time you cannot make the body width and height 100% beacuse of design consideration(The web designer will not allow such a thing) What to do then. Also there are some problem of using the Drag panel with a page containing dropdownlist. In IE the drag panel will go above the dropdownlist.

I think the problem of Drag Panel over the dropdownlist is because of the layering. The Drag panel might be using the Z-index set to 999 which means it is at the top of all the layers.
